These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Infield Alive / ISDemos website, mobile app, staffing platform, and related services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Infield Alive / ISDemos is a staffing and workforce management platform used by employees, contractors, field staff, brand representatives, clients, and administrators to manage event staffing, available shifts, employee profiles, scheduling, shift confirmations, check-in/check-out activity, reporting, and related operational communications.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
Account means a unique account created for you to access the Service or parts of the Service.
Company (referred to as either “the Companyâ€, “Weâ€, “Us†or “Ourâ€) refers to Infield Alive / ISDemos.
Device means any device that can access the Service, including a computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other digital device.
Service means the Infield Alive / ISDemos website, mobile app, staffing platform, and related services.
User means any person accessing or using the Service, including employees, contractors, field staff, brand representatives, clients, and administrators.
Website refers to Infield Alive, accessible from https://infieldalive.com and related Infield Alive / ISDemos websites, including https://live.infieldalive.com.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
The Service is provided to assist with staffing, workforce management, event shifts, scheduling, employee or contractor profiles, operational communications, reporting, and related business functions.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You must not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or any other user’s use of the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating your account or profile.
If you are an employee, contractor, field staff member, or brand representative, you are responsible for keeping your contact details, availability, and profile information accurate so that staffing and shift-related communications can be delivered correctly.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms & Conditions, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended staffing and workforce management purposes.
You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Service, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
The Service and its original content, features, functionality, software, design, logos, branding, and related materials are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. The Service is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Company may send operational communications relating to your use of the Service. These communications may include account notices, shift-related notices, schedule updates, reminders, reporting notices, support messages, security messages, and other information necessary or useful for operation of the Service.
Operational communications may be sent by email, telephone, SMS text message, mobile app push notification, or other electronic communication methods, depending on your account settings, consent preferences, role, and the functionality available within the Service.
Infield Alive / ISDemos may send non-marketing SMS text messages to verified employees, contractors, field staff, and brand representatives who use the Infield Alive / ISDemos staffing platform and have opted in to receive SMS messages.
SMS messages may include available shift notifications, shift confirmations, schedule changes, check-in/check-out reminders, urgent staffing updates, and post-shift reporting reminders.
SMS consent is collected separately from email and push notification preferences. Where SMS messaging is available, users provide consent by selecting the SMS consent checkbox during onboarding or when updating their employee profile.
By selecting the SMS consent checkbox and submitting the onboarding or profile form, you agree to receive non-marketing operational SMS messages from Infield Alive / ISDemos relating to staffing and shift operations.
Message frequency varies depending on available and assigned shifts. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance.
SMS messages are strictly operational and non-marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Opting out of SMS messages may limit our ability to send shift-related text message reminders or urgent staffing updates, but you may still receive other required operational communications through the Service or by other available methods.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information. The Privacy Policy is available at https://live.infieldalive.com/privacypolicy.aspx.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
While we aim to keep the Service accurate and available, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Shift details, schedules, availability, assignments, locations, rates, reporting requirements, and other operational details may change.

The Service may use or link to third-party services, websites, tools, integrations, or providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, security, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided on an “as is†and “as available†basis, without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or other losses arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, created risk for the Service or other users, or where continued access is no longer appropriate.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain sections of these Terms & Conditions, including intellectual property, privacy, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will survive termination.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
