Infield Alive / ISDemos is a staffing and workforce management platform used by employees, contractors, field staff, brand representatives, clients and administrators to manage event staffing, available shifts, employee profiles, scheduling, shift confirmations, check-in/check-out activity, reporting, and related operational communications.
By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

To contact You: to contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS text message, push notification, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication regarding staffing operations, shift activity, account activity, platform updates, security updates, and other service-related communications.
To manage Your requests: to attend and manage Your requests to Us.
For security and fraud prevention: to protect Our Service, users, systems and data.
For business transfers: to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets.

Infield Alive / ISDemos may use Your mobile phone number to send non-marketing SMS text messages relating to staffing and shift operations. These messages may include available shift notifications, shift confirmations, schedule changes, check-in/check-out reminders, urgent staffing updates, and post-shift reporting reminders.
SMS consent is collected separately from email and push notification preferences. Where SMS messaging is available, employees, contractors or field staff provide consent by selecting the SMS consent checkbox during onboarding or when updating their employee profile.
The SMS consent wording shown to users may include language substantially similar to the following:
"I agree to receive SMS text messages from ISDemos / InfieldAlive about available shifts, shift confirmations, schedule changes, check-in/check-out reminders, urgent staffing updates, and post-shift reporting reminders. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information may only be shared with Service Providers where necessary to deliver SMS messages, manage opt-in/opt-out status, provide support, comply with law, or operate the Infield Alive / ISDemos staffing platform.
We may share Your personal information in the following situations:
With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers who help Us operate the Service, host systems, send operational communications, deliver SMS messages, provide support, monitor and analyze usage, or perform services on Our behalf.
For staffing and platform operations: We may share limited information where necessary to provide staffing, employment, contractor, shift management, client reporting, or platform-related services.
